Forms are the foundation of Karate. Each form is a series of pre determined techniques that are memorized and performed in the same way every time. Forms are the best way to practice your Karate when you are by yourself. Forms build muscle memory and train our bodies to react with a solid base and good technique. Another bonus of Forms is the focus and determination required helps concentration and memory.
