Forms

Puma Karate Forms

Our students are required to learn and perform the below forms demonstrating their skills, strength, balance and muscle memory prior to advancing to their next belt level. Great achievement is best accomplished when students participate in class and practice outside of class.

Giecho Hyung Il Bu
(Yellow belt #1)

PUMA Demos

PUMA Demos allow our students to demonstrate their skills to other local groups and community. As students perform in Demos it helps to build their confidence for Tournaments. Performing martial arts in front of groups or a panel of judges can be difficult. As each student continues to practice these skills, this confidence will stay with them for years to come. Use the correct stances, keep them low, moves crisp, accelerate into the moves; pause between. Keep your gaze steady and look confident. Control your breathing and pace yourself. Things to Know Demos are serious but are geared to have fun.
